Many homeowners have a vision for their space but need help turning that idea into a tangible plan. We work with clients who may have a hand sketch, notes, or inspiration images and want professional drawings that bring their ideas together.
The result is a set of scaled, easy-to-understand plans that allow you to see proportions, layouts, and relationships before any construction begins. These drawings can be shared with any contractor and carry no obligation to build; they provide a clear, professional starting point.
This option is for the customer who already has a sketch or drawing and simply wants to know if things will fit and how the final project may look.
Includes:
One room or one built-in element
Plan view plus up to two elevation drawings or one 3D image.
Customer-provided measurements
One revision round
Does not include verified onsite measurements

For projects where accuracy matters we offer or Measured Design. Best for kitchens, baths, built-ins and smaller remodel projects.

Two revision rounds included
